Oh my. Where to start?! Danilo was incredibly warm, welcoming and attentive throughout our meal. He talked us through the menu. The wine was also excellent! You could tell that the meals were cooked from scratch and with love. Thank you Chef Tomaso! It was so refreshing to have such authentic Italian cuisine. No cream in sight! Danilo and Chef Tomaso are so passionate about their food and their culture. Thank you for sharing it with us! It was so good that we tried 3 out of 4 of the desserts and we took an extra slice of pie home! We will definitely be returning! 🤩

Had a very nice evening at Nonna Rosa yesterday. Not a fancy place but genuine and reassuringly Italian. The staff were really friendly and attentive and the food cooked to order. Good value for money too - will certainly come again. Not easy for restaurants in the current climate, so well done to these guys for trying hard to provide an enjoyable dining experience.

Wow 5 star experience in this lovely authentic Italian restaurant. The owners were beautiful people, it felt like we were in Italy. People inside were so lovely, food was amazing, reasonably priced, great atmosphere. Group of 14 left very happy :) thank you Nonna we will all be back

I feel obliged to write a review as we’ve been to this restaurant three times now and each time the food has been amazing!!! Authentic Italian food cooked to a high standard. The pasta is so good and the portions are just the right size. The desserts are also great! Really friendly team as well who clearly work hard. Excited to hear they are starting to do pizzas soon! One feedback is the WC needs some ‘love’ but is clean so not a complaint really. I hope Hazel Grove knows what it’s got and we don’t lose another fantastic restaurant

My family had lunch here on 25th October and it was absolutely beautiful. The flavours in our meal was so nice. And for dessert we had Sfogliatella which was recommended & it was straight from the oven and tasted wonderful. Thanks for a lovely afternoon. Dominic.

Authentic Italian restaurant, a hidden gem. Food, wine & atmosphere is the best. Tonight we were treated to one of the owners singing & playing guitar, just impromptu, very special. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed
